Beautiful apartment to relax after surf. Good location, walking distance to everything.

Brand new…very comfortable

It was fine all around

-The apartment is clean and well equipped and organized. -The staff are nice and kind and helpful, especially Rachid and Mustapha, we met Mohammed the owner , he is a nice person too. -Good location and not so far from the beach. -Good and delicious food ( breakfast and lunches). Nice view from terrace if you are a a sunset lover. So many nice things that we can sum it up in one sentence " we had a nice stay there"

Fantastic stay! The place was clean and spacious, had all we needed for cooking for our family. Centrally located. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially being on the top of the building with a great view of the ocean. Rachid and Merriam were both very friendly and helpful! Was great meeting them. Definitely recommended.

The location was a short walk to the beach, breakfast on the roof with a nice view was delicious and every morning we looked forward to it and the conversations with Larabi and Mariam. Also the apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom had a great shower, and we liked the big balcony. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was nice also.

It’s not the fault of the property but the local dog packs in town that are so sweet and friendly during the day, become very loud and bark throughout the night making it hard to sleep.

The owner was so kind. He gave us a lot of things, teach us good place for surf and eat.

Nice, clean appartment at a great location. We especially liked the roof top terrace, balcony and lounge area, each with a great view of Cathedral Bay. Staff was great, very thoughtful!

1) Greedy owners, that profit on others misfortune: I had an emergency and had to leave 17 days early. First, I was let me to believe, they would refund me for the 17 nights, but as soon as I had left the building, the tune changed, and they would not even as much as try to rent the flat again to retrieve some of my loss, but just pocketed all my cash. Shame on them. 2) Shrill noises form early morning till late from moving furniture around on the roof top restaurant and hammering sounds from the cooking. The building is very sonoric. 3) Camera straight on the balcony = not private at all 4) No roam for board storage other than in apartment 5) I asked for a taxi to the airport, and when it turned up, it was an unlicensed “black” taxi and I had no choice, but to take it because I had a flight waiting. Highly uncomfortable as I am a solo female traveller. 6) Chairs on balcony still broken as mentioned in review from other guest in January 2023 even though management commented in January that they would be replaced. 7) The occasional cockroach 8) No curtains in sitting room 9) Not enough kitchen utensils to actually cook 10) Blinding light from apartment building in front 11) The washing machine is not in the apartment as stated on booking.com
