À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré de sérieuses difficultés : le propriétaire était injoignable, et aucune information claire sur l’adresse exacte ou les modalités d’entrée ne nous avait été communiquée. Nous avons dû demander de l’aide sur place à plusieurs personnes pour localiser le logement, ce qui a été particulièrement éprouvant après un long trajet. En plus, la climatisation dégage une mauvaise odeur, rendant son utilisation désagréable voire impossible, la douchette de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, ce qui complique considérablement l’usage de la salle d’eau. Ces désagréments ne sont pas conformes à la description du logement ni au niveau de qualité attendu.
