Великолепное расположение: близко к вокзалу Алматы-2, Арбат. В доме круглосуточный супермаркет Юбилейный, кафе Перекуcity. Удобная транспортная развязка, поблизости станция метро. Быстрая связь с хозяином.

При заезде квартира была прокуренной.

Evin konumu gerçekten harika sanki şehrin içerisinde yasıyormuşsunuz gibi..herlere her saatte ulaşım imkanı mümkün.yakınlarında metro istasyonu mevcut altında 24 saat açık marketlerin olması mükemmel.

Evin içerisindeki eşyalar çok kötü hersey asgari düzeyde.temizlik yok denecek kadar az.eşyalar ve temizlik sadece var demek için var. -kesmeyen bıçak -üflemeyen saç kurutma makinası -babanemden kalma pis çatal kaşıklar. -kötü kokulu nevresim takımı ve havlular. -erken saatte şehre gelmemize rağmen check in için 8 saat bekleten ev sahibi. - 4 gece kalmamıza rağmen bir kere bizi sormayan bir ev sahibi -ödemeyi yaparken bozuk param yok diyerek 500 tenge yi bile bozuk para olarak almayı bekleyen bir ev sahibi -tek derdi para olan ev sahibi. -

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The communication with the owner was easy. The location is also very convenient.

Although it does not affect your stay, the building itself (outside, not the apartment) is old and the location is a bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the place (although the owner helps you a lot) :)

Great location with cafes and restaurants near by. Access to bus, metro and taxis. There is a 24//7 supermarket below the building which makes it really convenient.

The host was really good and helpful.

Very central, in a very nice neighborhood. The street is full of nice cafes, some working late night. And there is a shop nearby 24/7 (but prices expensive). The apartment is well equiped, good areas. Only missed a hairdryer and a better shower gel or shampoo. Decoration not at all my style, very kitch, but overall very good. It is worthwhile.

The building itself lack of clean and mostly lack of painture. It seemed come out of a war.
