The apartment was nice and a good size and had very comfortable beds, clean.

The price with offer or discount shows up differently before booking it and then your bank card gets changed more for fees and stuff which you don't see when you book it. Also it would be nice if they leave a bit of salt and pepper at least in the kitchen or one, two tea bags that wouldn't cost much money and it would value the business.

Everything was available in appartement but the service is what made the difference I had some issues the first appartement i booked and they moved me right away. I was a bit scared to book without reception only with codes for doors. Bur the service was A plus, any issues they respond on whatsapp right away and take action right away

The bedding sheets a bit old, everything else in appartement was good. Now it is located next to the mosque which i find a great motivation to do my very early fajer prayer. But be aware that will wake you up.

It was found clean although we saw a cockroach coming out of the bathroom.

Communication with host was very unhelpful. Taking time to respond then being very nonchalant. Location of the minuscule flat we got very inconvenient . We didn’t get the apartment we were promised while booking. Host pretended she had a problem with her app- we just left after a day in- asked for refund and were rejected. Booking offered a voucher. We were extremely disappointed.
