Il y avait de la poussière derrière les portes, des traces de doigts gras sur la table en verre et les meubles de la cuisine. Je n’ai pas utilisé leur vaisselle car pas très propre. Le tapis était sale. Seule la literie semblait correcte. La résidence est glauque. La piscine ne fonctionnait pas. L’ascenseur faisait peur. Le bruit du train qui passe toutes les demi-heures ne m’a pas laissé dormir ainsi qu’une porte qui a claquée chez les voisins. J’ai passé une très mauvaise nuit et je ne comprends pas les commentaires précédents qui m’ont laissé prendre cet appartement. Je ne fais plus confiance à Booking.com. Je n’ai jamais eu de tels problèmes avec d’autres plate-formes. Je suis dégoutée. Je me suis faite avoir.

L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et bien situé, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour passer des vacances en famille. Il est bien équipé et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.

les matelas ne sont pas de bonne qualité, ce qui rend le sommeil un peu difficile. Les cabines de douche sont très petites, et l’une d’elles est malheureusement cassée. Avec quelques améliorations sur ces points, le logement serait parfait.

Proximité du centre de Marrakech, parking privatif, commerces de proximité.

Rafraîchir le mobilier intérieur et climatisation (dans 1 chambre et salon) à revoir.

This is the first review I have ever written, despite being very well-travelled. I am only doing this because I truly do not want others to fall into the same traps I did. You deserve to know the exact truth about this place. Morocco is home to many wonderful, kind people — but sadly, this apartment complex is a very bad egg. What I Liked Air conditioning: Average cooling performance, at least in all rooms. Swimming pool: Good size. Wi-Fi: Slow but generally reliable. Morocco itself: There are genuinely kind and hospitable people in the country. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Serious Host Behaviour Concern My wife sadly began having a miscarriage three days before our return flight. Requested a late checkout (16:00 instead of 12:00) so she could rest — host refused outright. Later offered to “recommend another apartment” for the next guests — if I paid €50 extra to keep our room for just four more hours. From my view, this was an attempt to profit from our distress. If you face any emergency here, do not expect compassion unless you pay extra.

What I Didn’t Like Check-in & Host Interaction No warm welcome — owner sent his brother to collect full cash payment and hand over keys. Brother spoke no English and was difficult to deal with. No receipt given despite repeated requests; wife filmed the cash handover as proof. Never met the actual host during the stay. Location Not central, despite other reviews. 1 hour walk to Jemaa el-Fna, 25 min to the nearest proper supermarket. Few taxis come here, and they overcharge heavily. Area is still developing — dusty, sparse, and inconvenient. Room Cleanliness & Comfort Bugs present — killed at least one cockroach. Beds extremely uncomfortable — like sleeping on the floor. Had to use pillows for extra cushioning. Bathroom Condition Hot water switched off at night — cold showers only. Shower panels broken — floods the bathroom after each use. Wi-Fi & Power Power went out for at least 2 hours. I managed to isolate the fault in the fuse box and turned off fuse no1 (top left-hand side), which meant no light in the living room for the remainder of the trip. Swimming Pool & Atmosphere Only 3 wristbands — more than 3 guests means taking turns. Pool rules applied inconsistently — some kids allowed to dive/play freely, others told off. Complex manager and wife sit by the pool all day, watching guests like hawks. Manager (elderly, rude) confronted guests — I had to speak to his wife about respect. Witnessed a near fight between the manager/wife and French guests — atmosphere ruined. Noise Levels Construction site just 30m away starts at 09:00 sharp everyday. Loud angle grinders for 2–3 hours every morning. On-site Dining - None available. Final note: Morocco has many amazing, hospitable people — but this particular place is not a reflection of that. The only reason I have given any stars at all is because there are genuinely kind Moroccans out there. This apartment complex, however, is one to avoid.
