Prestigia Rabat Hay Riad Premium Apartments Piscine

The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and in a great location. It felt very safe and family friendly, especially with the security on site. We had a minor issue with the AC and that was quickly resolved after contacting the host, who was very responsive.

Some parts were a little outdated but it did not affect the quality of our stay nor the comfort.

Location was perfect. Security and parking was great. Apartment was pleasant, clean and had good shower water pressure and hot water. So many cafes, restaurants, shops and facilities all within walking distance. The place is quiet and safe yet vibrant.

I booked 2 apartments. The host led me to believe in prior communications that they were in the same building when the the buildings were actually a 3 minute walk away. This led to confusion on arrival as they were unapologetic, uncompromising and unhelpful. They left us standing outside the building with my elderly parents for over an hour while we decided what to do. We felt there was no option but to accept. I declared all the people in my group yet the host was suspicious. I told them that certain people were only staying for 2 nights yet they charged every person the full 7 days which I believe is unreasonable and also probably illegal. The apartments do not have enough blankets. When we requested these they brought them later on. The heating was also below expectation. We had to call the host and they came and adjusted the settings after this it was ok but my suspicion is that this is done on purpose to stop too much heating being used.

Great location, within minutes of near by restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets. Very clean and comfortable with great assistance from Mr. Hassn and the property owner.

The location. It is in Hay Riad and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, living and dining areas. Having 2 bathrooms was great.

It was only after booking I learnt that we need to pay in cash at the apartment and that the following extra charges apply, which was not part of the price indicated on the Booking.com website. - €30 Service Charge per stay - €10 Electricity Fee per night €10 per night - €4 City Tax per person per night €4 per person per night As a result, the final cost I ended up paying in cash felt quite more than what we saw originally on Booking.com. The amenity was bare minimum, the kitchen sponge and towel were warn out and didn’t give the impression of being hygienic.
