NÃO RESERVE ESTE APARTAMENTO!! Anfitrião desonesto. Estivemos no apartamento e saímos por não corresponder ao anúncio. O anfitrião lançou como no-show, ficou com o dinheiro e deixou de nos responder. Não houve no-show de nossa parte. O apartamento estava sem condições de habitabilidade e fora do que foi anunciado. O anfitrião pediu que operássemos nós mesmos a caixa de fusíveis, para fazer o aquecimento funcionar. Não havia wifi, nem água quente. TV não funciona, por não haver wifi. Após 2 horas, o aquecedor de água ainda não havia voltado a funcionar. Banheiro sujo, com respingos de urina e pelos na pia e no vaso. Lençol sujo enrolado dentro do armário. A máquina de lavar roupa inundou a cozinha e tivemos que secar. Reservamos por 3 dias e saímos em menos de 2 horas, por não ser possível ficar. O anfitrião embolsou o dinheiro das 3 diárias, além de taxas extras em dinheiro, solicitadas no anúncio, mas que não foram solicitadas em nenhum outro local em nossa viagem de 1 mês pelo Marrocos. O ponto positivo seria a localização e a gentileza do funcionário que nos recebeu. Mas não reservem este apartamento.

O anfitrião embolsou o dinheiro das 3 diárias, além de taxas extras em dinheiro, solicitadas no anúncio, mas que não foram solicitadas em nenhum outro local em nossa viagem de 1 mês pelo Marrocos. O ponto positivo seria a localização e a gentileza do funcionário que nos recebeu. Mas não reservem este apartamento.

The apartment is cozy and in a nice apartment complex.

Just to share our experience, we had to drive to simo somewhere else to collect the key then drive to the apartment. It was during some cold nights and there was no remote for the AC, we were promised the remote few times but never received it. Also, to mention, there is no wifi.

Location in a quiet place, but nearby supermarket, café's and restaurants. Close to the bus stop. House keeper lives in the complex and is 24/7 available. House owner replies within 5 minutes.

Our stay was wonderful. The appartement is in nice and safe area, not to far from the beach and close to downtown of kenitra. Full furnished, well decorated and located in High standing building. I well recommended especially for small family.

we loved the calmness, not only of the neighborhood but of the neighbors in the residence as well. very respectfull hosts and breathtaking view of the sunset

in all honesty everything was good what couldve been better is the use of some scented candles or air freshener before our arrival

Solo traveller! This has been the absolute worst, most disrespectful and exausting rental experience I have ever had in my life. I am a bicycle world traveler that has never ever been treated in such a demeaning, disrespectful and horrible way by an owner. This was an experience that I could not let it go without a negative review to inform potential renters in hopes that no one ever has to endure what I went through with this owner.. I just needed to let potential renters know of this situation in hopes that no one ever gets treated this way by this owner ever again. In my opinion this owner should not be renting to anyone in the future until he gets himself under control and figures out how to properly treat renters. His lack of respect was quite evident right from the start abruptly asking me what country I was from. Then not a word.  His exact words to me were I don't need your dam tourist money I have enough of my own. But after being on a bicycle all day I just couldn't deal with this situation as I needed rest and recovery for the next day. Something I never got due to the circumstances I had to endure by this owner. Worst rental experience ever. Be cautious and stay away from this guy!

I liked the area where this property is located, which is quiet and peaceful. At the same time we had access to local grocery, cafe and restaurants. This is important since, we need to get our stuff and food locally. I would highly recommend this property.

There has not been any thing serious that I did not like worth mentioning here. I would say my stay has been very pleasant and peaceful.
