De ruimte, echt een heel mooi groot huis. Super leuk echt Marrokaans . Ook de ligging was prima. Fijn dat het een soort afgesloten ' wijkje ' was waar leuke restaurantjes, winkeltjes etc. waren . Leuke zwembaden.

Vonden het huis heel donker en weinig buitenruimte. Hierdoor 'moest' je er wel op uit trekken. Voor ons was het prima!

Velký krásný byt, ale bohužel jedna koupelna nefungovala, k hlavním dveřím nám chodily na WC kočky, dost cítit, velice tmavý byt a horní patro plné plísně!

C'était un endroit qui nous correspondait complètement. Logement, piscine, commerces, tout cela combiné nous a permis de réussir notre séjour. La possibilité de se déplacer à pieds, en taxi ou transport touristique pour se rendre aux différents lieux de Marrakech.

Goede ligging in aan afgesloten community (met bewaking, los van het feit dat we hier geen onveiligheidsgevoel hadden) Zeer ruime woning (3 slaapkamers) In de community behoorlijk wat (goedkope) restaurantjes en mogelijkheid tot ontbijt aan lage prijzen (vanuit Europees perspectief) De host Amine (en collega's) waren makkelijk bereikbaar via What's app in zowel Frans als Engels en reageerden vlug op vragen/problemen Elke ruimte had goede airco's

Alhoewel er verschillende badkamers waren, slechts 1 zeer kleine boiler (wat betekende max. 10 minuten warm water) - zeer slecht gedimensioneerd voor een huis met 3 badkamers! Sanitair is verder duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe: nagenoeg elke kraan en toilet lekte. Na stevige regenval liep er ook water binnen via het dak (op zich ons probleem niet, maar wel als dit op je keukentafel terecht komt ;-() Het huis is op zich stijlvol en charmant, maar wel bijzonder donker (zeer weinig daglicht).

Logement adapté à nos besoins, très propre , très agréable sécurisé à proximité du centre. En échanges permanents avec l’hébergeur. Est venu nous rencontrer. Adresse à retenir

Riad Zakarya is a charming and comfortable place to stay in Marrakech, offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy streets of the Medina. The riad is located in the Quarya Assiyahia tourist village area, which makes it quiet and peaceful while still being close enough to major attractions like the old Medina and Jemaa el-Fna square. The property is beautifully designed with a traditional Moroccan style that creates a warm and authentic experience. It's even bigger and nicer than the picture in booking.com, also it has rooftop to enjoy sun. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped with private bathrooms and good Wi-Fi. The property has 4 bathroom. Guests can enjoy amenities such as free parking, 3 swimming pools with kids pool, and nearby restaurants and cafés, pharmacy, package tour provider (cheaper than outside)and grocery shop making it convenient for both short and long stays. Taxi can be found just outside of the main gate. The property was lacking good instructions to find. As we checked in around 10 at night it was not easy to find, they should have provided a pic with map instructions. We had couple of maintenance issues the begining which was resolved promptly. The first floor bedroom has a closet but it was full of cleaning products so we could not use it and the second floor hot water was not working. For long stay needed to take the clothes out of the luggage. Despite of all we enjoyed staying.

Estaba limpio.

En la ducha de una habitación no hay agua caliente y aunque pone por avería el aspecto de la nota parece que lleva tiempo. En otra habitación no hay calefacción y se pasa frío en invierno..El mando a distancia de la calefacción del salón carecía de pilas.. Las pilas del televisor estaban deterioradas y funcionaban mal. Una lámpara cabecía de bombilla.

Dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Cały Riad do własnej dyspozycji. Bardzo łatwo odebrać klucze i wejść do środka. Obok są małe sklepy spożywcze i restauracje, gdzie raz zjesz dobrze, a raz tak sobie i to chyba zależy od ich dnia. Parking bezpłatny. Basen darmowy na 6 osób. My akurat byliśmy na początku lutego i woda nie była ciepła. Osiedle bezpieczne i czyste. Ludzie mili. W łazienkach ręczniki. Woda pod prysznicem gorąca:) W kuchni nowoczesna lodówka, mikrofala, ekspres, czajnik... Telewizor w głównym salonie oraz w jednej sypialni. Można wyjść na gach i tam spędzić czas.

Całkowity brak szaf, szafek i półek w pokojach. Ubranie trzeba trzymać w walizkach - to duży minus! Łazienki ciasne. Jedna rolka papieru na cały tydzień.
