I'm using booking.com since 2014 and was always satisfied by the hosting and services provided, except this time. Thanks to booking.com I was able to refund the money for the period that I didn't stay, as if it were for the host's they wanted to charge us the money while we didn't stay there after they basically didn't offer any parking, a decent room with basic needs or any customer service. -host guaranteed in august that he’ll offer parking (I called him in August and texted him before booking, he said: for sure) -in september when I arrived, he announced me at 9pm after I called him and I told him that I’ll be there in an hour that there’ll be a self check in, the number of room of apartment wasn’t provided and to park the car wherever I find a spot until the next day -thanks to his advice I got my first fine in my life in any country from the police for parking -he initially told me that local police “is hunting foreigners” with parking, then after I told him that he promised me parking and to come with me at police as he speaks the language, he told me that it is my fault (car was still parked in a parking when police picked it up) -the room didn’t look like in pictures, the door was making noise, furniture was old, fridge was frozen and it didn’t cool (he told my father to defrost it himself…) -the room smelled badly, it smelled like viruses and bacteria, I wanted to ask for another room, but the host wasn’t available with any request. His main phrase “deal with it”. My ratings: -4 for accomodation (that place is not livable), -4 for customer care (it doesn't exist), -4 for trust. He promises you one thing and delivers nothing in return.

Good location within walking distance of 7 minutes from bus station and 15 minutes from old town. Owner speaks English and very friendly. We also enjoy the balcony.

The apartment is on a busy street and there are some traffic noise which can be reduced by closing all the windows facing the street. The owner could communicate better by pointing out the apartment is in a white building with a flower shop on the ground floor since Google maps were wrong. The cooking wares were minimal with a pancake like shallow frying pan.

The balcony was nice and spacious, the room itself was quiet large and had enough room for all our stuff, the location was good not too far of a walk to the old town but not too close that it was too noisy. The host was also friendly and there was items at the front door that all guests could borrow which was very nice such as umbrellas, buckets and spades etc.

The bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs in your back when you lie down, the blankets for the bed were towels which was not ideal as they were quite scratchy, the shower head was broken as it fell out of the holder during each shower. The kitchen equipment i.e. the frying pan could do with an upgrade.

Staff was nice.

The property is situated on a bustling street, The constant flow of traffic and activity outside can make it difficult to unwind and enjoy the balcony space. With all balconies facing the road, the noise can be quite overwhelming, detracting from the potential for relaxation. While the location provides easy access to the lively surroundings, those seeking peace and tranquility may find it hard to fully appreciate their outdoor space.

Uredno i čisto, lokacija odlična, za par minuta do plaže i šetališta. Parking je javan ispred apartmana i ima mesta.

Bien situé. Accueil adorable et plein de petits plus à disposition (parasol, jeux de plage,...).

The host was very friendly, he also saved for us a parking space which saved us some money. Also there was umbrella and sunbeds that we could use free of charge. The room had everything that you could need.
