Only one set of keys. There are normally two. There was only one small mirror in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a mirror in each bedroom

Very nice view from the balcony (which is what you see in the pictures) but it was only accessible through the bedroom with two single beds which meant we couldn't enjoy the balcony that much due to napping children. Well equipped kitchen and reverse cycle air-conditioning in each room It's very close to the old town.

While the owner lives downstairs and is perfectly fine the property is managed by a large management company and the people I was dealing with were very annoying. They sent too many instructions, had a lot of rules and even more rules inside the apartment. They also kept messaging me on WhatsApp at a time when I just wanted to enjoy some peace and quiet with my family. Despite asking what time I'd arrive and having a self check-in process they wanted to come to the apartment to collect cash for the city tax. It would have been much easier if they just met me while I was checking in because collecting cash in person defeats the purpose of self check-in. Finding the place was confusing as the references to certain signage were non-existent. The bathroom constantly smelt of sewage. One of the rules required us to take our rubbish to the nearest rubbish disposal which was very inconvenient on the last day when you're trying to check out. I also found hair, rubbish and a sharp pin on the floor where my kids were playing.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Dare to Dream were helpful in arranging transfers, answering questions and advising about local buses.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance from the old town. Communication from the agents made finding the place and check in very easy. We found it very good value and would return.

Location was great and view from balcony super. Lovely modern furnishings and very clean. Charming host who speaks great English and is welcoming. Handy having convenient parking space. Two good sized bedrooms and ac works well. Kitchen is handy to have for simple meals. Check in details provided before we're excellent and host went to lot of trouble to explain everything including a link to a video showing how to find address. Excellent value in Kotor. Would stay again.

Fridge in kitchen struggles to cool and the cupboards beside would feel hot inside. Lack of oven is a small problem as can't cook foods like pizza but hob and microwave would still give plenty of options. Kitchen is a little pokey when moving around. Shower drain got very smelly at times.

The booking hosts were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. They arranged cars, tours, and more for us and they were all very kind and truly made it a a special experience! The view is wonderful and location is perfect too

The moment we arrived we were surprised of the tight n narrow entrance that barely fit us to move through with our bags Second surprised was unfinished stairs and the apartment was two floors up no lifts we had to carry our luggage all the way up. Then we were surprised that the first room on entrance all locked closets used at store for the owner, two papers of rules not mentioned on booking .com that only shows how a human being can be rude and greedy , Iam attaching all the evidences as photos The whole time the apartment smells like sweage Woke up around 7 on barking dog voice Heavy machinery of welding cutting grass around 3to4 different machines all sides of apartment. The apartment is not clean all hair on ground of kitchen . Finally the check Inn times was really late4pm n check out was really early 10am I was sick the whole night and asked if I can do 12pm check out he refused and told me he has guest hhhhh, i tried tv you tube couldnt find all standard languages some like mine was showing as squares instead of letters, was horrible experience
