Fantastic position in Kotor’s old town, great apartment, modern and with all necessary facilities. Our host was very helpful with her suggestions

I must say the house itself was great. The landlord was lovely and very helpful; they promptly responded to my messages, which made our stay much more comfortable. Additionally, I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of the house. The amenities provided were enough, and the location was great for exploring the area. Plus, being nestled within the historic Kotor Old Town added an extra layer of charm to our stay. The fact that the building is a historical family house added to the authenticity and unique experience of staying in such a location. Overall, despite the slight chill, our experience at the house was delightful.

The inside of the house was a bit cold. The landlord had put in an air conditioner and an additional heater, but despite both, the temperature inside the house was still slightly low. I believe the house would be more suitable for summer stays.

Everything perfect just like a home. The host will waiting you at the entrance to ensure you don’t missed. In case you not finds the spot she will find you. The apartment quite huge and super comfort. They have everything except clothes dryer.

Don’t expect parking lot on next door if you wanna stay here. Nearest limited parking lot just about 1-2minute walking and bigger parking lot about 5 minutes on foot.

This apartment was amazing! Stylishly decorated, super-clean and comfortable, beautiful modern bathroom with excellent hot water and a comfy bed - there was nothing more we could have asked for. The washing machine was really helpful, and we also enjoyed taking an hour or so out of the bustle of Kotor and relaxing in the pretty courtyard area. The location was fantastic - in the heart of the old town and therefore just minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants, fortress, Sea Gate ... and despite this, the apartment was amazingly quiet. Livia met us on arrival, and got our stay off to a great start. Of all the places we stayed in Croatia and Montenegro, this was our favourite - we would definitely stay there again!

Perhaps some specific directions to the property might be helpful. Kotor has no street names, and even armed with both the address (i.e. building no.) and Google maps we couldn't immediately find the actual apartment - but we got very close and when we rang the contact number, Livia was with us within seconds, so it wasn't actually a problem.

This was our second stay at Livia’s apartments and it was amazing! Livia is the perfect host, the apartments are clean, well equipped and comfortable. They are also well located within Kotor Old Town and close to great cafes, bars and restaurants. We love the apartments as they have a modern finish and are really safe and secure. There is also a well maintained courtyard available for guests to use as outside space which is lovely! We will book to stay here again when we return to Montenegro.

A little difficult to find at first, but it gets better once you are familiar with the Old Town!
