Apartments Villa Luka

This is a great place - beautiful seaview and sunset from the balcony, the kitchen is well equipped, very clean. Comfortable bed, very fast WiFi , short walk to beach and shops. This is a very friendly family business that I highly recommend.

The apartman was clean and comfortable, and the view from the terrace is amazing! Luka, the host was very kind and helpful. We hadn't car, but the bus stop is very close and the bus transportation works well between cities. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

The house is on hillside, so you have to climb a bit - but it's not really a big problem :)

I sincerely recommend this accommodation, because of it's amazing sea view from the terrace, and because several beautiful beaches (Kamenovo, King's and Queen's beach as well as Saint Stefan beach) are on a walking distance from it. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has every ting you need. The owner and his daughter are very polite, and are trying to make your stay pleasant.

Just a note: you don’t really need a car if you’re staying there short-term. Most of the places you’ll want to visit is walking distance. You’ll need it just to drive up-hill to see the Sweti Stefani from the top. The place is small, but convenient - everything you’ll need is there. Beaches really clean, specially near to Sweti - Budwa is quite dirty compared to the beaches here.

We arrived later than expected, at about 9.30 pm, but that was not a problem. Luka welcomed us and showed us the apartment and the parking spot. The road to the house is namely very steep and narrow, so at the beginning we left out car at the grocery store because we didn't know we can park the car anywhere next to the house, but there are enough parking spots for every guest up there. In the room there was a bottle of wine and some fruit waiting for us. Luka showed us the riviera from the balcony and gave us a map with spots to visit. In the neighborhood there is everything one needs i.e. a restaurants, bars, 3 stores, many beaches (we liked the queen's beach the most). You can walk to Sveti Stefan or even to Budva beacuse it's not far at all. The room is not big, but enough for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped, so you can even cook something small if you want. Towels are changed every 4 days. On the 5th day we got new bed linen. At the end of our stay Luka brought us fresh figs, which was really great! All in all the stay was really good and we can recommend the apartments. Thank you!

The refrigerator was quite old and was really warm on the outside all the time, so it is like a radiator in the small room. Not very good when it's 40 degrees outside :).

"Good old Luka " is a good host and important to him how the guests are feeling themself and give us lot of advices. I told with hourly precision our arrival time and he was waiting on the street to make sure we find easily the parking and the appartment. The appartment has big rooms and big balcony with perfect view to the see. Beaches are near and also minimarkets. AL to all it was a good choice, thank for the wine Luka.

Wifi was a bit weak in the evenings but its not a big deal.
