Švara tiek kambaryje tiek ir aplinkoje (gamtoje). Visi reikalingi buities daiktai, su terasa, net ant stalo paliktą pasivaišinimui saldainių. Labai nuostabūs, draugiški, svetingi, paslaugūs šeimininkai. Tikrai prižiūrintys savo verslą ir jį puoselėjantys. Šalia vandens telkinys maudymuisi, yra kur pasivaikščioti teritorijoje, rami oazė.

Šalia gyvenusių svečių nesupratingumas, kad ne visiems rytas prasideda gaidžiams pragydus. Pastarieji jausdamiesi, kaip vieni su savo vaikais kėlė triukšmą nesikuklindami, na čia jau kai kurių žmonių toks mentalitetas.
