Apartment Knez

Location was great, very central to Skiing, very warm hospitable stay. This was our first time in Montenegro, we were greeted by Mladen who spoke excellent English. Every day the log burner was kept alight, so after a long day skiing it was so welcome to come back to a warm cosy apartment. Thank you

Mladen is a great host. Helped us with everything we asked for. He kindly registered us at the turist office. It was easy to communicate in English. Convenient parking. Individual electric heaters in both of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Safe and beautiful surroundings.

It was a challenge to keep the living room warm. The smoke from the fireplace was a bit disturbing. The accommodation is very simple and a bit worn out. Owners live upstairs and you may hear them until late evening. The neighborhood is getting filled with smoke from the fireplaces everyday.

The kitchen had all that we needed. The cooker was basic but very functional. Electric radiators in the rooms and bathroom was more than enough. In the living room there is a fire place and the hosts (they live upstairs) are happy to help and setup anytime. We used the WiFi for a videocall without problems. Good selection of books, DVDs and leaflets about the area. Very nearby (just a minute or two walk) there is the Tara river with a very a footpath very handy for a run / walk (about 2.5 Km without any cars, nice landscape). It was about 10 minute walk into the centre of the town. Parking space just in front of the apartment. Also, very nice hosts!

We loved the warm wood fire in the wood stove upon our arrival. Though the season was cool our host, whom we met on arrival, graciously explained that the two bedrooms had electric heat. And added bonus, our host spoke English fluently.

The shower in the tub sprayed directly into the bathroom unless the shower curtain was drawn.

Polite host, warm in apartment, big sofa, parking place.

Old kitchen and bathroom. Conditions like in grandmother house, but it makes you feel like an agritourism. This house have a soul.
