Kotor Luxury View

Superbe vue sur la baie de Kotor. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Accueil super. Proximité immédiate de deux petits supermarchés et de la vieille ville : acès direct par un escalier. Une équipe qui répond à nos interrogations et besoins tant pour des idées d'excursions que de mise en place de trajets en voiture à des prix compétitifs dans une région où les prix peuvent abusivement s'envoler. Bravo à la team !! Très vite.

Het zicht op de baai van Kotor en de heel ruime, moderne, volledig uitgeruste woonkamer en keuken. Tevens het warme onthaal van de eigenaar. Tevens heel goeie airco en overal rolluiken.

De goed werkende airco liet een slechte geur na in de slaapkamers waardoor we die liever niet gebruikten. Tevens moet de afvoer van beide douches eens nagekeken worden.

Stunning view and location! Very spacious 2 bedrooms, great for group of 4. 10mins walk to old town.

Quite a steep hill to get to the apartment, be aware for driving and walking. Could be more utensils provided to make our food. Also a bit of a language barrier with host in person (could not speak english) but messages etc was fine.

The flat is very spacious and well decorated, especially the living room. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Facilities wise, it has all the essentials for a family as well as a group of friends.

Not in a negative way, but would recommend providing some simple shower gel, nothing expensive, for the guests. Also, our taxi drivers (both to and from the aiport) both find it different to find the place despite I booked the journeys vis booking.com also. We ended up texting the landlord asking for a google location for the drivers. Perhaps this could be provided in advance in the future.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location and the host was exceptionally helpful. We communicated over WhatsApp and all questions were answered very quickly. They even arranged a boat sightseeing trip for us

The beds were a little hard for our liking and more pillows would have been good. We cooked a couple of times in the apartment and cooking utensils would have been nice.

The apartment was very close to the old town. The balcony provided views of the old town, the castle and walls and the fjord. Two bathrooms were convenient. The availability of free parking was very beneficial. The apartment was clean and assistance was offered for restaurant recommendations.

The location was great, and includes parking, something very difficult/expensive to find otherwise. The view from the property was breathtaking. The apartment itself is modern, spotless and very comfortable. The addition of a smart TV was very nice.

Unfortunately, during our stay, there was maintenance being done to the road outside, as well as building work being done to the property next door. It made for some very early wake up calls. I’m sure this won’t last for too long.

This is a spacious, modern, comfortable apartment with easy access to Kotor Old Town and nearby amenities. The balcony views of the harbor and mountains are a true highlight of the property. The property management was easy to communicate with and was responsive to any questions or needs that came up. Several reviews commented on the parking situation. It's really not as difficult as it seems; once we did it the first time, it was easier. The host did a good job of providing videos and instructions ahead of time to access the property. If you're going to arrive with a car, just make sure it's a standard-sized car and not an oversized one.

The main bedroom's mattress is somewhat hard, a mattress topper would be nice. Paper towels and napkins would also be a helpful amenity for the kitchen.

The team were incredible. They helped us plan all our itinerary and were available to make suggestions and changes all the time. They provided cheaper airport transfers than anyone else. They organised tours and taxis. It was like having a personal travel agent

Location is excellent, would be a bit hard to find but if you follow the detailed instructions and video provided it’s surprisingly easy. View from the balcony is fantastic, can see the whole bay, and the living space is great
