Dragan is a very caring and helpful host. It is one of the best choices to stay in Kotor in terms of price, cleanliness and location. Just a three minute walk to the Old Town. The garden of the place is also very beautiful. My wife and I stayed for two nights. We also loved the turtle family in the garden. Thanks, Dragan.

For a place with a home concept, there were very few things to use.

It was a comfortable room, with a decent kitchenette and bathroom. The garden space was nice, and the location was super close to the old town and the back wall to the fortress (the free way). Aircon was awesome. Wifi was good. Shower was surprisingly good considering it was tiny. There is a very friendly cat and tortoise in the garden.

No ventilation for the kitchenette.

The host was super friendly, the kitchen although small has all you need to prepare some basic dishes, the rooms are well equipped with iron, towels and hairdryer. The location is just a few steps away from the northern Old Kotor gate, a trail to the fortress, and in close proximity to a big supermarket

The location was perfect! Just a 1-2 minute walk to the North entrance to Old Town Kotor.
