Villa Fortezza

The apartment was incredible .. views that exceeded all expectations and hosts that were incredibly flexibility.. 5 mins walk to the promenade with an incredible Italian restaurant on the way .. Could not recommend this any higher .. simply outstanding apartment and for us .. location perfect

In the center but on the area near the fort, far from the crowded touristc area. Great view, beautiful pool, nice room, nice staff, parking just in front of the hotel

In on the top of the hill. So, you need to walk to go and came back from the lake shore

The property is beautifully located in Ohrid old town just below the fortress and so the views of the lake are wonderful. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very helpful too. We needed to get a taxi to take us to the bus station on check out - but no taxis could be found and so the staff arranged for a next door neighbour to drive us to the station so that we could catch our bus to Skopje.

There are not many close by restaurants and cafes. It is a good walk to the city centre for breakfast and dinner.

View from the balcony room was beautiful and location was perfect for us to walk from the Old Town. Balcony room is a must. Tonya is friendly and accommodating. Pool and surroundings well kept and enjoyable, an enjoyable stay.

Initial disappointment with a ground floor room, and lack of privacy but overcome following an unnecessary discussion with the owner, who wasn’t very agreeable nor reachable. Glad all was the following morning and resolved so we could enjoy our stay. Specification as to a “ground floor” or “balcony room” would be a good amendment.
