I liked most the communication with the propeety owner who was very helpful and offered all info needed for getting to the property, parking, keys, etc.

I do admit I am a cleanness freak, so taking this into consideration I expected the apartment to be cleaner - little details like clean plates (there were plates with hardened spots from previous vistors).
