Centrally located. Even though it is close to one of the busiest roads in Skopje, its very quiet. The air conditioners makes it pleasant during Skopje summer. Access is via an electronic lock - no fumbling for keys The neighbours are pleasant people.

The elevators are dated, but seems to be well serviced. The graffiti in the neighbourhood makes the area look neglected
