Çok geniş güzel bir ev. Mutfak,salon odalar hepsi çok ferahtı. Kalabalık gruplar yani 5-6 kişi bile çok rahat kalabilir. Konum olarak gerçekten harikaydı özellikle eğlenmeye geliyor ve gece uykusunu dert etmiyorsanız.

Tesisten genel olarak memnun kaldım ama maalesef yataklar gerçekten çok rahatsızdı. 4 yatak arasında sadece 1 tanesi uyunabilir gibiydi. Tesis yatakları kesinlikle değiştirmeli.

One of the room doors was broken and could not be closed, which eliminated the privacy of one of the couples traveling with us and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. The bed frames were missing slats, which caused us to fall through when lying on the bed. Every night we had to place the mattresses on the floor in order to sleep. We reported these issues to the owner on the very first day. Our messages were ignored at first, and only after several days they responded, assuring us that the problems would be fixed. We trusted this in good faith, but nothing was ever resolved. It was our mistake to act in good faith believing that these issues would be repaired. In addition, although less serious, we would also like to mention the following issues: No shower gel or shampoo was provided, only two toilet rolls for four people over one week, and very limited kitchenware. On Booking, it is advertised that parking is available nearby, but this is not true. The street itself does not even allow stopping a car for five minutes. The entrance to the building constantly smelled of garbage. The terrace window in the room with the terrace did not close properly, resulting in higher noise levels. The terraces were so dirty that they could not be used. One of bathrooms had mold and dampness. The other bathroom had no shower screen (even though the photos show both bathrooms equipped with one), which caused the entire room to flood every time we used it. Instead of two towels per guest, we were only provided with one. No hand towels or kitchen towels were provided. The living room furniture was old, uncomfortable, and visibly dirty. On top of all this, before our arrival we were sent an exhaustive and excessive list of rules, threatening us with fines and extra charges if we did not comply. This created an unwelcoming and unfair atmosphere even before we arrived.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter des nuits animées de paceville. Mais attention, si vous recherchez le calme....passez votre chemin ! De grandes pièces avec beaucoup d'espace. Deux salles de bain. Bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus permettant de rayonner sur l'île.

Mobilier et équipements de cuisine vieillissants qui nécessiteraient d'être rénovés et/ou changés.

The apartment does not correspond at all to the declared photos. There is mold on the wall of the corridor, the water in the bathroom does not flow through the sink, the sofas in the living room are dirty. We had to cover them with sheets just to sit. There is a night club in the building, it is impossible to sleep at night. Opposite the house there is a construction site that is noisy and it is impossible to rest during the day. The TV does not work, poor contact with the staff. The furniture in the kitchen is old, there were not enough dishes, then they took them away, we had to buy a frying pan, the ones that were in the apartment cannot be used, the coating is peeled off.
