"Excellent location, but property needs serious repairs to be perfect."

Excellent location! Facilities were ok. Easy to find and good detailed explanation about check in and out. Very warm, even at +12 the radiators were hot. Water was hot and water pressure nice. Kitchen had a teapot, microwave and a fridge!

The smell! Smelled like a retirement home, even keeping windows open for almost the whole stay the smell didn't go away. Bed was too soft, felt like sinking in the mattress. Kitchen table and teapot could have been cleaner.

Отличное месторасположение, привлекательная цена. Есть место для третьего человека. Оригинальная мебель. Хорошее освещение. Холодильник, микроволновка и чайник в номере.

Каналы на телевизоре за три дня так и не заработали (Go3 телевидение), хотя программа загружалась и приходил хозяин проверить, почему не идёт. Хорошо что телевизор современный и можно было смотреть YouTube и свою флэшку.

"Good value studio in a traditional house"

It was great to get to stay in a traditional wooden house. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The room has character with some interesting pieces. The 'kitchen' is rather makeshift but works fine for a short stay. The location is very central and Ventspils is a delightful town.
