Location, but that was offset by the owner's attitude which really impacted our holiday. Despite it being very cold (close to zero degree in December) she said we cannot use the heating despite it being mentioned in the listing, as it will cost them money. She asked us to wear more layers and clothes even when sleeping. We were a family and my daughter slept with her full winter jacket, gloves and hat. My entire family was forced to suffer, with my wife falling sick because of this. In addition there were some issues with cleanliness and also the bathrooms, but for us it was the way host/owner is treating its guests. She lives next to the property. She acts as if she is doing favour by giving the house and says the price is low (but that is fixed by her only). Will not recommend it to anyone. There are many more similar properties available nearby

We spent 4 beautiful days in Marrakesch. The Riad was great, clean and very close to the important sightseeings. Zahra is very nice and always awaylable for questions or help. Thank you very much for everything.

Absolutely nothing.

As pictured, the raid is in a small group of apartments and the grounds are very nice. The apartment is well cared for and comfortable. The absolute highlight is the host, Ms. Zahra, who is super attentive and may end up being the sweetest person you meet in Morocco - and we met many wonderful folks!

As is often the case in Morocco, hot water was limited however all five of us did get hot showers - it just took a little planning.

The host was very friendly and helpful

If they renovate the bedrooms it will be great. But they are overall good

Apartment was beautiful and spacious.
