Mooie unieke stijl met heel veel detail

Er was helaas een foutje gemaakt tijdens het boeken qua data, is er vooraf gebeld met de contactpersoon om te vragen of het oke was de boeking 1 dag te vervroegen.. dat was akkoord. Na alle bagage te hebben uitgeladen en de kinderen hun plekjes laten zien werd er opeens gevraagd om een extra nacht te betalen door de fout aangezien die nacht immers geblokkeerd zou blijven staan op booking. Echter heb ik even snel gekeken en het appartement was voor de komende 2 maanden vrij beschikbaar, dus niemand had er geboekt. Wat betekent dat de kans miniscuul was dat er precies die nacht iemand zou boeken. Ik heb toen aangeboden de boeking maar te annuleren want om een extra nacht te betalen voor niks is belachelijk. Maar de host mocht en kon niet beslissen en moest wachten op de eigenaars beslissing die oas na uren onzekerheid tot in de late uurtjes pas kwam met antwoord. Uiteindelijk zonder extra kosten gewoon hetzelfde aantal nachten verbleven. Dit heeft het wel een beetje verpest.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a high level of attention to details. It is very clean, located in a safe and noise free street that helps to enjoy hours of sleep and rest especially in a city like Fes. The host is quite responsive, kind and helpful. Certainly, we will return.

Nothing that undermines the apartment value but a quality cutlery would be a great addition. It is a small investment that will have a superior reward. Another detail is the water pressure. It could be improved a little bit.
