Honestly, there was very little to like about this accommodation. The only positive experience was that after I reported that the internet was not working, the staff replaced the router and the connection started working properly afterwards.

Upon arrival, the staff seemed surprised that we had even arrived and did not appear to know where they were supposed to accommodate us. The room was in a shocking condition. Exposed electrical wires were sticking out of the walls, some light fixtures were missing, and several light switches had no covers. The wiring was completely visible and uninsulated, which raised serious safety concerns. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There were cobwebs everywhere, along with ants, spiders, mosquitoes, and other insects. I sincerely hope we did not bring any pests home with us. The cutlery and dishes were not properly cleaned. Some plates still had dried food residue on them, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic. The bathroom was in very poor condition. The toilet was missing a seat cover, the shower area smelled unpleasant and appeared to have mold or mildew, and the supposedly white shower curtain was heavily stained brown at the bottom. The shower head sprayed water in every direction and would not stay properly attached. Sleeping was nearly impossible. Cats were running around outside the room throughout the night, repeatedly triggering a motion-activated light that kept flashing through the window. On top of that, the bed was extremely squeaky, making noise with even the slightest movement. If there had been any possibility of a refund, I would have requested it immediately. During our 5-day trip around Montenegro, we stayed in a different accommodation every night. This was not only the most expensive one, but also by far the worst. In over 8 years of traveling, this has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.
