Amazing panoramic view of Perast.

Nenad our host was excellent! Helped arrange airport transfer and sightseeing boat trip. Apartment is in the perfect location with a balcony that overlooks the gorgeous promenade. This view is stunning!! Great kitchen and living room. Use of deck chairs on the pontoon allowed us to relax by the waters edge and enjoy the sunsets

The location at the end of town was less congested and pretty quiet. The view was spectacular. Very roomy apartment looked like the pictures, with most everything to prepare meals. Easy parking next to the building at 15 euro/night. Nenad was very attentive, charming and helpful. I arrived later in the afternoon and he meet me to direct me to the parking place inside the gates, provide keys and fob for the gates and explained everything about the apartment functions. The next morning he was kind enough to drive me to the Tourismo office in Risan to register and do some food shopping. I would stay here again if I return.

There was a bad sewer smell in the bathroom and I would have liked a little more attention to cleaning detail in the shower, plus a new/clean bath mat. The kitchen could have used a couple more non-serrated knives, dish towels, and perhaps a new non-teflon pan (ceramic ones are nice). My constructive feedback was warmly welcomed by Helen and Nenad. The bed was too hard for my liking, but that is a personal preference. The pillows were comfy. There was some construction noise next door that started at 8am each day, but this is not to the fault of the owner. On mornings I wanted to sleep past 8 I used earplugs which helped.

Nenad who manages the house was super friendly and such a swell guy. He got us (and our car) into the car-free zone of Perast. The view and apartment was amazing, we're very happy. 😊 Ohhh and the kitchen was very well stocked, dish washer, washing machine, blender, cooking supplies, kettle, 3 different ways to make coffee, etc etc

We have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. The apartment is well situated for Perast, just a few minutes to the centre. We found everything you need in the apartment. We cannot praise Nenad enough for looking after us during our stay. We arrived after a very long journey with flight problems he picked us up and even took us to the supermarket on the way. He will look after you whatever your needs are. You can sunbathe on the jetty infront of the apartment, beach umbrella and towels were provided, plus a welcome bottle of wine and water. Nenad took us back to the airport yesterday on his speed boat all additional cost. We have had a wonderful week thanks to Helen the owner too. It is a great place to watch the world go by and all the cruise liners and boats from the balcony.

Fantastic view Well equipment house and confortable I did not want to return.While ı was staying ı felt great Nenad was a kind,helpful,informative many thanks Highly recommend If I come again I will definitely stay here

Pas grand chose, il manquait peut être juste un torchon et du liquide vaisselle, autrement c'était parfait.
