Old town

When I booked this apartment, I thought it was a hostel in Old Town. But after going, I found out that it is a complete apartment. It is a complete house. Everything you need is available. The location is also excellent. But the problem is that finding this location is very difficult. Even if you don't have internet. I also had a lot of problems. But one thing I felt is that the people of Montenegro are very nice. And they help a lot. The biggest thing is the owner of the apartment ie the host family is very nice. They are polite and cooperative. Thank you very much for your cooperation

You should put a board etc. outside so that the one who is looking for it will not have any problem

So difficult to find. The street it’s on is quite long and it’s difficult to navigate. We did find it eventually with help from locals!

The apartment really is in a quiet location, as some reviewers wrote, and it's surrounded by vegetation, which is something I appreciate greatly (even though the property is located in Podgorica's downtown). As a nature lover, I also found the animal kingdom collection on display in the living room quite impressive AND adorable (the Kinder Surprise figures). I had to rely heavily on WiFi for work and study, and the property network was extremely reliable. On the day I arrived, there was heavy rain, so the outside was very humid, but the apartment was well isolated by fine windows, and even a turned-on AC greeted me. I felt great relief upon entering. The home appliances are brand spanking new, so no complaints there either.

Central location. Great communication with host. 2 balconies. Good kitchen.

Great location, 5mins to the clock tower and 10mins to the bus & train station. We really like the layout of the apartment. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. Host made self check-in instructions very clear.

Cigarette smells all over the building, some of which unfortunately got into the apartment. Typical for flats like this (happens in our own flat back home as well). Just get used to a country with lots of smokers.

The Old Town apartment was spacious and stylish. It was comfortable and felt like home. The apartment had everything you would need for a stay in the city. It was very well located to the city and the bus station. The host was very communicative and helpful. She met me in front of the property and was flexible when my bus was late.

In private stays in Montenegro, you often have to register yourself as a tourist, this is of course not the hosts fault, but it would great if information about this process could be offered. It is easy and fast, but you will need information from the host to complete the form. Even if in a framed picture, the host put all relevant information, and said take a picture, go to this location and show it to the staff, otherwise the staff will have to contact the host on your behalf.

Perfect and central

The location is a walking distance to the post popular landmarks and night life. Apartment is very cosy, Bathroom and kitchen are brand new. Host is amazing.

The sockets and light switches need some maintenance/replacement, would not recommend to stay there with kids until it is fixed.
