101 Moroni by Cast Renting

Άνετο σπίτι, με 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, σαλόνι και εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.. μας έφεραν και 1 παρκοκρέβατο που ζητήσαμε! Υπήρχε και luggage room μετά το check out.

Είχαμε μια λάθος συνεννόηση στο θέμα του check in αλλά λύθηκε τελικά..

Good location, nice staff

It is a family-style flat with a large TV, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The key collection process was not very pleasant. There was more than one building with the same name, although they had different numbers. We initially went to the wrong building before realizing there was another one. We then had to walk with our bags to the other building, where the keys were located. The reception door was open, but there was no staff present. Envelopes with guests’ names and room keys were simply left hanging there. Overall, the experience did not feel well organized or secure, and it was not a pleasant start to our stay.

Good location. The apartments are in two building, one with reception, luggage place, and staff, and on the rooftop with pool, and other with apts. Nice services and well comunications. Huge spaces and every room have bathroom.

Basic kitchen, and a bit noisy in the night by neighbours.

Nos hicieron un lio tremendo. La noche antes de la fecha reservada y habiendo pagado un apartamento con 2 habitaciones nos cambian a otro apartamento (porque habia pasado algo en el edificio por el viento) sin avisarnos de que solo habia 1 habitacion. Me enteré porque les pregunté yo por el chat de booking si tenia las mismas habitaciones que el otro. Les dijimos que necesitabamos 2 habitaciones por que queriamos dormir separadas y tuve que llamarles por tfno cuando me encontraba en el embarque desde España para que me lo solucionaran. Cuando llegamos el edficio entero estaba lleno de apartamentos y no vimos que hubiera pasado nada, no entendiamos porque quisieron cambiarnos. Los aires acondicionados no funcionaron la primera noche. La limpieza bien y la chica que nos soluciono el problema fue muy agradable.

Byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani pobytem w tym "apartamencie" i szczerze odradzamy nocleg w tym miejscu. W mieszkaniu znajdowaliśmy każdego dnia żywe ( i martwe ) karaluchy. Nie działała spłuczka do ubikacji. Bardzo trudno było uzyskać pomoc od personelu w tej sprawie i praktycznie naprawiona została dopiero w ostatnim dniu naszego pobytu. Za oknem, w budynku obok miał miejsce poważny remont co skutkowało tym, że nawet przy zamkniętych oknach w mieszkaniu był hałas. Kolejną sprawą był brak zgodności zdjęć i opisu mieszkania, które były zamieszczone na stronie ze stanem faktycznym. Np "balkon z widokiem" okazał się 1 - metrową przestrzenią ograniczoną ze wszystkich stron ścianami budynku z możliwością ujrzenia jedynie skrawka nieba. Pomimo wielokrotnych próśb o zmianę lokalu na inny ze względu na wyżej wymienione poważne "niedogodności" otrzymaliśmy tylko " propozycję" rezygnacji z lokalu bez możliwości zwrotu pieniędzy. Jednym słowem: odradzam!
