Les odeurs d égout qui remontaient de l évier ou de la climatisation. Il n y avait pas d étendoir à linge pour faire sécher nos serviettes de plage et nos maillots de bain. L ascenseur est tombé 2 fois en panne

The instructions were clearly delivered ahead of arrival and again on the day of arrival, detailing how to enter the building and the apartment. This was great, as it made me feel secure. The location is excellent, just a minute's walk from beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and just 5 minutes from the city centre of Valetta. Great that there was a SPAR local supermarket less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Super spacious apartment too, really modern and nice. There was also a really helpful FAQs and recommendations booklet in the hotel, which was a nice extra touch. The apartment also comes with pots, pans, plates and cutlery - everything you'd need to cook yourselves a lovely meal!

The TV was unfortunately not working on arrival, and when we contacted them in the late afternoon, they were only able to send someone round for the following day; however, they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, it was not a smart TV so it felt like a bit of a loss not to be able to use the lovely living room as much for a movie night, etc. The lift also only fits 4 people and was rather cramped, so it's a shame to have to do multiple trips / walk many flights of stairs at times.

There’s no parking space in the bathroom - we were four adults ; the water pressure wasn’t sufficient, so taking a shower was a challenge for us - they tried to fix it, but it didn’t get much better; transformer plug for electricity was only after requested. We wouldn’t choose this place again due these inconveniences.

Everything!! Location, the apartment was on 4th floor with a elevator. Two bedrooms both comfortable bed & a huge amount of wardrobe space. Kitchen/room good size, with a great views down to sea and up the street to centre of Valletta. Perfectly pensioned to get across on ferry to Slima…. This apartment is the bees knees.

Half of toilet roll for the whole week…. If that’s all I have to complain about… it must be good!!

Amazing location, spacious apartment, very comfortable for a longer stay, well equipped, authentic maltese balcony, very nice vibe of the building.

-not enough toilet paper for 3 ppl / week -duvet covers shorter than the duvet -squeaking bathroom doors -missing cupboard in the bathroom

It was clean and spacious. It was in a good position, close to nice restaurants and bars.
