Location OK, but in a somewhat run down area.

The key code as supplied by Booking.com was wrong. Luckily there was a staff member just leaving who gave us the correct number. But then there was another number to get the apartment key out of the safe. A real fuss then took place over e mails with this number. In the end we demanded to be let in and got the number. It seems they like to make it as bureaucratic and difficult as possible. The shower. Style (so called) over substance. Far too complicated and no instructions how to use it.

Great location, close to the city centre, very good contact with the host.

Centrally located, quiet, clean, spacious, nicely appointed.

A change of hand towels would have been nice. More glasses. Poor lighting in the kitchen for cooking.

The lift was great plus, large Appartment , bedrooms and linen very clean.

The bathroom needs more cleaning especially the shower and rain shower head, was disgusting , did not use , only used the telephone part . The AC was only working in one room. We asked for maintenance , 5 days later we left and still had no maintenance. Also the lift needs a good cleaning.

Very nice apartment on the 4th floor. Good rooms, great air conditioning in the bedrooms Good location, just a 5 -10 minute walk to the centre. Will go again

Instructions were sent prior to arrival which was great, door code was incorrect though (neighbour informed us of the correct code). Apartment felt safe and secure.

Honestly great place to stay and would recommend, only issue is that when using the restroom the kitchen begins to smell bad, the drains need to be cleaned but otherwise really good. Shower could do with an upgrade too but it still works perfectly fine.

very little kitchenware - just one drinking glass. no microwave (though they did provide one when requested), shower was not working - had no water pressure, no saucepan for cooking.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Beds were comfortable. TV & internet worked fine, kitchen was well equipped. Location is GREAT! Quiet area but 7 mins walk to center Valletta. We were here in January and the central heating was fine! This is a historical building refurbished so take this into account! Very charming!

The shower drain was a little clogged.
