Modern 3 bedroom with AC apartment

The house is very spacious and functional. It was also spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including towels, a complete set of kitchen utensils, and all the necessary appliances. The property is in excellent condition. We received a very warm welcome, not only were we shown around the house, but we were also given some great tips on places to visit. Our hosts were truly kind and attentive.

For those traveling by car, parking is not always easy to find. The house does have air conditioning, but it works with coins, so it’s important to have some on hand, although this is quite a common practice in Malta.

El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para unas vacaciones familiares. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amables, pendientes de todo y dando consejos. Muy recomendable!

Casa molto spaziosa, pulita, confortevole e, inoltre, fornita di tutto l'occorrente per la cucina, il bagno ecc.. Mark, Josette e i loro figli sono stati padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliata.

The apartement is big. Nearby you can find shops and restaurants. Many free parking places. The owner is kind trying to help for any questions. They give you free coffee and croissants. The kitchen is well equiped. The terrace is also nice. You can also find shampoos and showergel in the bathrooms.

Malta is a hot place. We visited at the and of juin. This apartment has 3 AC only in the bedrooms. In the big livingroom you dont have airconditioning which is horrible. It was sooo hot! We also didnt read that we have to pay in a machine for using AC. It is so strange. Just higher the price per night and give the people cold air they need for all the stay. Also the apartement wasnt clean enaught. You can smell the mold. On the top, on the pillow, you can see and smell it. The rugs in the bathrooms have to be changed. The area outside is very durty. In Malta they try to do recycling but it is worst that way. Every day you have to trow some of the garbadge on casual. So strange. I recommend to remove this paying system for AC and to clean better this apartement.

Great accommodation to explore Malta. Conditions in the apartment were great. Everything was provided, from towels and coffee to beach umbrellas. Owners were really helpful, they guided us what to do in Malta and they were available for any our problem. The apartment was huge and could accommodate even 6 people. I would recommend to anyone!

What a lovely experience. The hosts are incredible and we felt instantly at home. The hosts provide so much wonderful information we felt really comfortable in their apartment. Plenty of space, sunny and bright, excellent location. We would happily stay here again.

The flat was very large, well equipped, clean, modern and very close to a 24/7 supermarket, which was a 2 minute walk away. Mark and Josette were very friendly, welcoming and gave us all the necessary clear instructions. Super recommended for a holiday in Malta!

Exceptional cosy 3 bedroom apartment. Hosts Mark and Josette are very friendly and available to assist you during your stay at Malta. 15 min driving to Valetta, 15 min to Marsaxlokk and St. Peter Pool beach, 2 min walking to grocery market.

If you have a car it might be challenging to find a parking spot in the late evening time, but it is feasible, not more then 5 minute walking distance.
