Sayonara Scenic Apartment - Marsaxlokk

A full equipped apartment (and more). From cuttlery, cups, dishes to kitchen epuipment - everything in good quality, no cheap plastic. Even the furniture, beds, chests of fine quality. The bathrooms spacious and tiled. Here you also can live for a longer time as we did.

The weather, the construction site round the airport, the traffic itselfe, all that tourists........

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped

We were slightly disappointed with the location of the apartment as it overlooked a large public car park and football pitch There was a lot of noise on most days from the people playing football

This is our second stay at Sayonara and we returned for the simple reason that it is a great property! The apartment is presented beautifully, it’s extremely clean, the beds are comfortable and Peter is a great host. He is kind enough to supply bottled water, bread, milk and a few other essentials to get us started and there is a good Spar supermarket not too far away. Both shower rooms are clean, towels are good quality and shampoo & shower gel are even provided. This apartment has the added advantage of having a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a bus stop very close and all the local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We have already told Peter that we will be back.

Beautifule apartament, good location, helpful host! Quiet street.

The apartment is very spacious, quiet, clean and superbly equipped. It's very close to the village, accessible and there's plenty of parking spaces. The owner is lovely, responsive and flexible - we had a great time with my mum and my kids.

The only point of criticism is that there's no coffee machine. A normal espresso cooker would suffice for those who are not fans of instant coffee (which was supplied to the owners credit).

The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything in it as new. The open plan kitchen/living area had everything we could need and there was a very nice balcony leading from it where we particularly enjoyed having breakfast. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage and the bathroom and en-suite were very modern and well appointed. There was also a very useful laundry room with a washing machine & tumble dryer. We have stayed in Marsaxlokk before but found the location of this apartment to be just right. The bus stop is very close and it’s a short walk to all the restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that the host was kind enough to buy in a few essentials like bread, cheese and water to get us started.

Couldn’t find fault at all.

Everything was perfect, balcony gets the sun all day, bread, ham, cheese and milk left for us when we arrived. Everything is top quality. 10 minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants. Bus stops on the doorstep. Couldn't fault anything.

Perfect, we liked everything.

A new excellently placed apartment near the town and public transport. it was extremely clean and roomy.
