The view from the studio was spectacular. Great location to access all the city had to offer. Near to the ferry and water taxi service. Great bars, bakery and restaurants nearby.

Poorly maintained property. The safe did not work and was not attached to anything. The lamps didn’t work. Ill fitting power connections. Very old and threadbare linen. The sheets and doona were not big enough for the size of the bed. We did request extra bedding which we received 2 days after the request. Very difficult to contact anyone overseeing the property. On our last night we were woken by staff trying to unlock our door as they mistakenly wanted to let in new guests.

The studio was great, very nice view from the window. For one night stay everything was perfect. Very nice service, great communication.

On the photos you can see view from the top floor on the sea we got the ground floor.
