Amazing sea view penthouse near Valletta

It was clean and well located for me.

Terrace door cant be locked. I need to bring all valuable things with me all the time!!!

View, balcony and location.

We found left food in the fridge. Washing machine was full with dirty towels and sheets. While we were our somebody did the laundry and spread it on a drier in the middle of the rolm without letting us know. NO AC remote controler, it’s connected to the boiler. And it’s set to 28 degrees. You cannot adjust the temp. If you don’t want to use the AC you will not have warm water. Two days I took shower with cold water. In the wardrobe was a totall mess with some bedding sheets, not sure what was it. Balcony door was unlocked the whole time, NO key for it, the balcony can be easily reached by the people next door. Even though the owner said Malta is safe and none will jump over, it’s reasonable to provide a locking door. The toilet paper in the bathroom was half used, they didn’t even provide a new one. They didn’t provide towels either. None for showers, or hand in the bathroom. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment was poor. Also, the nice balcony had really dirty windows and when you sit outside, you can barely see the view through these windows. The owner communicated with us the location, which was nice. Just an advice, the place has good potential if you want to make good experience for the people. Just invest. Thanks

I liked it’s location looking over the marina from the spacious balcony area. the bus stops were near by.

the entrance was not secure the stairway was narrow and looked like it was not yet finished. The balcony area grouting was smeared over the floor tiles

The location was perfect for us. Lots of nice restaurants close by. The terrace and the view was great! The bathroom was better than expected. The room was sparsely furnished but adequate. Lot's of cupboard space. The air conditioner came handy even in November. Everything very clean. The washing machine and the drying rack was useful.

The fridge was way too small. No kitchenette. It would be simple and very useful to install a little work counter and a sink to wash dishes. No cutting knife among the utensils. A small table and chairs on the terrace would be nice.

it will be nice if there was an adapter ! owner should provide it. Cooking facilities are non existent for cooking. just microwaves
