La situación

La llegada fué un caos tardamos muchísimo en encontrarlo,las claves no funcionaban tuvimos que ser nosotros los que llamáramos por qué ellos sólo contestaban watsapp y mal.Poca empatía para llevar todo el día viajando y ser las doce de la noche. Apartamento viejo,descuidado ,la limpieza regular tirando a mal ,las paredes llenas de mosquitos muertos(supongo que los anteriores inquilinos mataron y siguen allí .Las lámparas de la mesillas no funcionan ,las luces de la escalera tampoco.Apenas te dejan cosas en la cocina(estropajo,balletas)dos toallas para una semana,el jabón de la ducha,cocina y manos son de relleno y todo huele igual.Resumen...Mal calidad precio...Necesita un buen retoque de todo.

Great location, nice apartment, well equipped, easy communication with host.

Would prefer to have few more towels, anti mosquito device and a large pot for cooking pasta.

Fabulous location I’m a quiet end of a very busy and active street in the heart of everything - which is great.

Early communication was difficult resulting in me having to make an international call to ask About the check in process. And be warned - the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift

Very poor communication.. automated whatsapp messages, then no reply for a long time. 1. We wanted to drop our bags before checking in and they told us we can do it, but not how. We went there, waited, waited, etc. We got an answer how to drop of our bags after the check in time... 2. I realized when entering at 3pm that I didn't ask them to make the sofa bed (my mistake). I tried to get a solution how to get bedsheets, etc, I got half of an answer every 1-2 hour... it was super annoying and the lack of intent to resolve this not extremely unique situation. And the sofa bed was uncomfortable, noisy and dirty 3. Checkout is at 10 which is unusual nowadays, but the cleaning lady did not only knocked at 9.50 but even opened the door...

The apartment was in a great location, in the center of Valetta old town, but was not great in a couple of other aspects: 1. Wifi was barely working in half of the apartment (there was no reception in the bedroom at all) 2. It was poorly cleaned - we found hair on the bed sheets, bed top, towel and in the shower 3. Kitchen equipment was missing: no salt, pepper or knives that cut properly if you want to have at least breakfast at home 4. It’s an old building with old windows so if its loud on the street you’ll hear everything. 5. We asked about storing the luggage after checkout and were told to ask the night before checking out based on availability, and then when that moment came to ask we were told they don’t offer that option and that it was a misunderstanding. 6. There were little flies in the apartment, and a lot of traces of killed flies/mosquitoes on the walls. And a bug in the bathroom….

Lovely apartment in a great location on quiet street. Bed very comfortable, although could have done with more than 1 pillow each. Sofa a little uncomfortable, extra cushions would have helped. No condiments provided e.g. salt, pepper, oil etc as you would expect in an apartment with a kitchen. No teabags either or milk, so on arrival at 10pm we had to search for a shop…. Saying all that we had a great time and it’s just little niggles really to make the stay great for others.
