Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Schlüssel Übergabe. Die Wohnung ist richtig schön, mit alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die tolle Aussicht unbezahlbar! Patrick war sehr hilfreich und nett.

Das Boden war nicht ganz sauber. Und für Klimaanlage muss man extra bezahlen.

While the apartment itself was fully furnished and finished, the staircase still looked like an active construction site.

Very good location, free parking on the street, beautiful 180 degree seaview from the balcony, even from the dinong room. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, all rooms aircontitioned, comfortable furnitures, two bathrooms. Patrick, the owner is a very handsome guy! 😀

Third floor w/o elevator which can be challange with a lot of bags, otherwise during the stay no issue.

Position. Sea views excellent. Car parking available. Apartment was very clean. A lift would be nice as it was on the 3rd floor 56 steps up.

The cost of air conditioning We did not excessively use the air conditioning but were charged an extra €35. It was not made clear in the first place that it was an extra charge and then we were not told what the excess was. Just a graph was sent will no explanation as what the excess was Could not find anything on my original booking about a air con charge. The single bed in the 3rd bedroom was too long it had to be moved to be able to close the door.

Nice modern apartment with had all amenities. Nice size bedrooms and two great bathrooms with showers. Lovely seaview from the 4th floor balcony. Brian and his wife who are in the building next door our lovely and will give you helpful hits and tips to Gozo and loves a good old chat when your on the balcony. Philip the owner was helpful and sorted out any issues we had with the apartment within a reasonable response time.

Having to pay for Aircon, no lift which made it hard for our group to get luggage to the apartment. No black out blinds in the bedrooms which made it difficult to have a good night's sleep. Pillows were cheap and need to be replaced and need double the amount per bed. Also the property isn't sound proof properly so annoying neighbour from flat 6 knocka on the door complaining if we made any loads noises with put a dampener on our stay. If Philip the owner can address these issues then it would make your stay more comfortable. Building work on the group floor which can be noise in the morning.

Very nicely furnished and modern apartment. Owner very down to earth and effective, immediate communication.

No elevator, we climbed four storeys by stairs having kids, including an infant and luggages. Also, there could have been extra blankets as the apartment felt cold during the night. However, there was A/C (extra pay per use). Neighbour underneath came twice complaining about our kids footsteps (running) being noisy, as he wanted to sleep during the day.
