Stunning 4 Bedroom Apartment Near Balluta Bay

Big apartment, with good location. Directly across the road from little supermarket, bus stops and 15 minute drive to main town.

The place was very dirty, taps and showers weren’t working properly/broken, no bin in the kitchen so had no where to leave the trash, so it just collected in bin bags left in the kitchen. Lounge room air conditioner leaks and drips onto the couch placed directly under it. Drain in one of the bathrooms is blocked so when you shower the whole bathroom/laundry floods. Also, there’s no single bed in one of the rooms as advertised, it’s a broken sofa bed.

Wejście klatki schodowej na wielki plus, winda dostępna! Dwa tarasy, jeden z pięknym widokiem, a drugi ogromny do spędzenia przyjemnego wieczoru. Dwie łazienki oraz dodatkowa toaleta oraz możliwość wypożyczenia pojedynczych akcesoriow na plażę.

Czystość na wielki minus. Kuchnia powinna być porządnie przygotowana dla kolejnych gości, bez pozostawienia "fantów" jak i również łazienki powinny być na błysk! Oczywiście pozostałe pokoje były do przyjęcia, ale czystość podłóg również do poprawy.

There was a bus stop directly outside of the apartment it was super handy for getting about, the apartment was large enough for us all! There was a lift that was handy after a long day

The beds were a bit hard if you have back problems it might not be the best for you. It is at the top of a hill for us that wasn’t a problem but people with mobility issues

The flat itself, living room and terrace are huge. We stayed for 5 nights and felt like home. Good locations, with shops and restaurants next to it and the beach in 5 minutes
