Duplex Apartment With Terrace & BBQ In Central Sliema

Very spacious apartment with typical Mediterranean style furniture. Quiet street but only a few minutes away from the sea promenade and transport links. There are not only two balconies but a roof terrace on top of it. We only stayed for one week, but the apartment has all the mod cons for a longer stay.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which was OK for us, but guests with handicap or a lot of luggage might find the stairs harder to manage.

Lots of room, fully furnished to allow you to cook meals

Parking was free, as advertised, but it was on the street and difficult to get around to find some.

Excellent peaceful central location. Everything just a short walk away. Owner very helpful and always available should we have needed anything.

Nothing to really dislike about the apartment. It has a quirky layout which we enjoyed. Like all rental properties it requires continual upgrades but we found it good value for money.

The apartment was large , very comfortable and the host was very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed for a 2 week stay.Nice quiet street and building.walking distance to sea/ bus stop/ shops and restaurants. Good value for money.

We stayed during the extreme heat in July.There is a huge roof terrace on 2 levels, and the reason l chose this apartment .A small table and chairs on the first level which we only used at night due to the daytime temperatures.The large area above had a bbq and nothing else.l feel this is a wasted space a few loungers and an awing or even parasols would make it a usable space. If this space was improved it would be a 10 from us.

Great location, large rooms, 2 seperate showers. Quiet and all facilities you would expect.

You need a bread knife, knifes need sharpening, some big serving spoons would help.

The property was very spacious, two bathrooms - a big advantage, good location in the city.

The property is dirty, untidy and neglected. All the rooms are littered with unnecessary things. Windows, furniture, textiles have not been cleaned for many months. The balcony and terrace is completely unprepared for guests, it is neglected and dirty, there is no cover from the sun. the existing grill is so run down that I really wouldn't dare use it for cooking. The rooms lack coziness, there are no plants. The room is very overrated, I'm sorry, but we wouldn't choose this place a second time.

The apartment is very nice, big, with its own terrace. Benjamin was a great host who was always available. He even helped us in the situation when we were leaving, when we found a flat tire on the car in front of the building. We are very grateful to him for all his help, goodwill and kindness. We will have really good memories of our stay in Sliema.
