Charming 2 bedroom apartment close to Junior College ETUS1-1

It was the nedroom apartment - a good space also for longer stay. You can hear hear bells during the day time. It is very nice. All rooms equipped by aircondition.

The deposit seems to be too high, but I understand, that with some visitors could be usefull.

- the apartment was comfortable, very clean and well equipped - the communication with the responsible (Mel) was smooth, we received extensive information before our trip and had our question answered promptly during our stay

- while the apartment was equipped with a washing machine, no laundry detergent was provided so we had to buy our own - no toiletries provided apart from liquid soap - some shower gel would've been nice - this is the first time we were asked for a security deposit on an accommodation (it is specified on the Booking page but we didn't see it and were made aware of it later) - it's understandable as some guests might be quite reckless, but coupled with the long list of house rules it made us feel a bit uncomfortable in the sense of walking on eggshells

Great location based on what you plan on doing, very easy to locate as well. The hosts provided all the necessary information ahead of my arrival which was very helpful. Generally a great place to stay!

The apartment was very comfortable, no complaints really.
