Posizione molto comoda al centro. Dotato di cucina, tv, prese inglesi, cucina. Appartamento silenzioso.

Appartamento e bagno senza finestre. Bagno ricavato in una nicchia veramente stretto anche se con una bella doccia.

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e al mare. Struttura pulita, in zona tranquilla. Appartamento pulito, ben arredato, al terzo piano. Check in totalmente automatico, informazioni comunque chiare.

Odore di muffa in camera, bagno piccolo, senza finestra, appartamento buio. Scala di emergenza interna, con porta chiusa da aprire con la stessa chiave della stanza.

The room walls were dirty, brown fluid seems to have been running down from the air-conditioning in the bedroom, and mould is growing on the whole kitchen wall by the window. The smell of the mould is too strong and I was worried about respiratory damage when the window was shut at night.

We stayed at this property with my pregnant wife and were assigned the BIANCA apartment on a lower floor, which was effectively a basement unit—something that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Upon entering, there was a strong mold odor throughout the apartment, particularly in the bedroom. While investigating, we discovered a second bedroom behind a closed door that was in extremely poor condition, visibly affected by extensive mold. This raised serious health concerns, especially given my wife’s pregnancy. We immediately contacted management to request a move to another apartment on an upper floor, but were told there was no availability. We then requested a partial refund so we could relocate to a safer accommodation, but this was also denied. As we could not afford to book another place ourselves, we asked for the dehumidifier that was supposed to be provided. When staff arrived, we asked them to inspect the situation and suggest a solution, as the conditions were clearly unacceptable. Only after inspection did management offer an alternative apartment from their group located approximately 5 km away in Msida. Up until that point, there was no proactive effort to resolve the issue, despite the apartment not meeting basic health standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly due to the lack of responsiveness and concern for guest safety.
