Location is great. Staff very quick to reply. Large and comfortable apartment.

Too much noise in the morning

The aircondition was terrible felt like it did not work at all allthough the settings were correct in the remote control. Also it was very dissapointing that there weren’t any power adapters in the room for european plugs. Any other room we have visited in malta provided adapters.

Location was really good. Convenience store next door was very handy. Traditional style of building was interesting and nice.

Noisy. Lift did not appear to be working most of the time. TV did not work (but that was alright really). Two pillows each would have been great. Furniture a bit shabby.

The location was great to discover La Valletta, close to bars, restaurants as well as tourist attractions.

With the central location comes the noise. The wooden windows are charming but provide little barrier against the noise of the street which can at times be noticeable.

Location

During our stay, it was cold in the accommodation because the air conditioning was not working. Although we reported the problem, the fault was not fixed, and we were not provided with another device (heater) to use. Shameful!

Location

The room was not clean and the bathroom was extremly gross. There was a huge clump of hair in the bathroom when I arrived. Everything felt dirty and rusty. The water pressure was also terrible.

Location, cleanliness

I failed to enter the main door on one of the nights and had to stay on the street due to a failure with the code. Also every door in Valletta has a drain underneath so make sure you hold onto your key tightly.

Great location, close to the city center but not too noisy. A small shop is next to the apartment. Small bit pleasant apartment. The bed is pretty comfortable.

There was only 1 cup for 2 people. Also, somebody came to our apartment and left there a new table when we were away - it was unacceptable for us as all personal belongings were left there. If we wanted somebody to come and check our room while we’re away, we’d book a hotel.
