The view from the apartment is great.

Where to start... - AC in the living room was not working for the first 3 days of our stay. The appartement was at 16-17 degrees Celcius and our kids got sick. The property didn't offer an intermediary solution such as a portable heater. We were just being told someone will come look at it. Eventually someone came and made the AC work but we were asked not to touch any setting or change the temperature because there was an issue with the remote control. In addition, it would take at least 20 attempts to make the remote pass the signal to the AC and turn it on - The elevator was not working. I signaled to the property but received no reaction. The following day it was working again, so I assumed it was fixed. But we got blocked in the elevator for over 1hour, without any network coverage and no light. Luckily a passing-by neighbor heard the baby crying and called the property manager. They promised to send a technician, but as nothing was happening, after a while she called the emergency services and 3 firefighters came to rescue us! - to access the property from the street,, there's a flight of stairs so really inconvenient for using a stroller. The elevator is also so tiny that you can only open the door and go out if the stroller is folded. - the second bathroom is completely unusable. Basically a shower has been added in a tiny toilet and the water floods into the living room. The only shower that can be used is in the master bedroom and doesn't have a door, curtain only. - only one key given for a family - washing machine in a separate area. Not working properly. One out of three times the programme won't start. Poor quality. - bedroom so small, the babycrib could barely fit. - had to buy sponges to be able to clean the dishes (no dishwasher). - the staircase and elevator are very dirty.

I would like it if there was not only a coffee machine in the apartment but also capsules for it

The apartment is spacious and has a great view. Great location, close to Sliema ferry stop, walking distance to the Valetta bus stop and main historical sites.

1. Couldn't find the washing machine as it is located outside of the apartment in the room between the floors. Would be nice if the host left some detergent as it was not possible to wash anything without it. 2. The smaller guest bathroom was quite inconvenient as it quickly get flooded and all wet. Bathroom scraper would be quite handy for such situations.

Excellent location: close to the action but far from the noise. Beautiful sea view. Excellent facilities.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

The host was unresponsive. The elevator was not working since Thursday evening, when I informed them via a WhatsApp message. I sent them a reminder on Friday, but the elevator was not fixed even on Monday morning when we checked out. We had to climb steep stairs on a hot day (36 degrees Celsius). The host's excessive instructions and lack of action when we made a request were disappointing. The property's location is acceptable, but we felt it did not offer good value for money.
