Centrally located and tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment CKNI1-1

L'appartamento è molto carino, non manca nulla per una vacanza rilassante, la posizione molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici è a due passi dal lungomare dai ristoranti e da supermercato.

Nulla perché è tutto perfetto oltre le mie aspettative, complimenti al proprietario arredato con gusto molto accogliente.

Przystanek autobusowy do Valetty i Sliemy pod wejściem do budynku. W mieszkaniu balkon, ekspres kapsułkowy (na start 2 Kapsułki, resztę można dokupić). W mieszkaniu były przejściówki do gniazdek. Właściciel udostępnia kilka udogodnień za opłatą. Szybki zwrot pobranej kaucji.

Słabe ciśnienie wody w łazience, ale dało się umyć.

Ļoti gādīgs saimnieks. Pirms ierašanās sazinājās ar maini un noskaidroja, vai ir skaidrs, kā saņemt atslēgas. Virtuvē ir viss nepieciešamais. Papildus segas un spilveni. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta.

No rīta agri ir dzirdamas garām braucošās auto.

I would like to thank the owner for the vacation spent in the apartment. The apartment is located in a new residential complex, a 3-minute walk from the Gzira waterfront. Grocery stores and buss stops are nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, some spices (we bought some extra for future guests), a washing machine, and a mop and dustpan (for those who need to do some light cleaning). The living room has a sofa, a dining table, a sofa table, and a TV. The separate bedroom has a king-size bed with high-quality bedding and plenty of pillows. There's also a large wardrobe, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom is spacious, with good water pressure and a boiler that worked properly, with no leaks. There's a set of hand, foot, and body towels, as well as a hairdryer. The balcony is spacious and sunny, furnished with a table and two chairs, as well as clothes drying racks. All the appliances worked, and all the lights were on. There was Wi-Fi, but we rarely used it because we had roaming data. A 250-euro deposit is required before check-in. The link was external (not Booking.com), but since previous guests had mentioned this, the link was secure and my deposit had already been released. The owner also offered late check-out for an additional fee.

Niestety w apartamencie jest głośno przez przystanek usytuowany pod blokiem -specyfika Malty i duże natężenie ruchu .Słaba stolarka nie tłumi halasu

Tágas, tiszta és jól felszerelt apartman, jó közlekedéssel. (Már amennyire a máltai közlekedés jónak mondható...)

Zajos volt a környék és süppedősen puha a matrac, nem tartotta a derekat.

Location was okay in terms of transportation. House was big enough for 2 people and it was clean.

There were way too many instructions. Nothing worked properly. Although it is a UK plug country everything in the apartment was plugged in using a converter which isn’t the safest for big house appliances. Internet wasn’t great, the appliances kept stop working. The respond from the company was slow and I was told to msg though WhatsApp but I don’t find that safe to do when I book from booking.com they should be able to answer from my he booking platform. The other thing was the damage deposit. I was sent an external link for it but there was no need for a damage deposit as I wasn’t given a list of damages already. This makes it uncomfortable to stay in the apartment. I had to ask multiple times to be given a list of damages and I was told there isn’t any listed. Upon our arrival there were multiple damages in the house. The house also needs updated windows as the smallest noise from outside echoes in the house. And finally, the checkout time of 10 is on the earlier side but that’s alright however at exactly at 10 the door bell rang. That’s very disrespectful to do. We’ve been told to take out the garbage and turn off the appliances and turn on the dishwasher etc etc I takes a minute to check those. And finally there were no shampoo or laundry detergent in the house and one of the reasons why we booked the place was the laundry machine. When asked I was told to check the bathroom cabinets however bathroom had no cabinets. They apologized for the oversight however this seems like a regular occurrence as others also have mentioned it in the comments.

The property far exceeded our expectations. Let’s start with the cleanliness: flawless. The house was perfectly clean in every room. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, all kinds of plates and glasses), and the house looks exactly like the photos on Booking — very spacious. Location: right above a bus stop that takes you directly to Valletta. The street is fairly quiet (especially considering how close it is to the heart of Malta) and feels very safe. I recommend doing your grocery shopping at Welbee’s Supermarket in San Julian or Lidl — the first has everything and prices only slightly lower than average in Malta, while the second has fewer items but more affordable prices. ghadira bay Even though it's an hour away by bus, I highly recommend the beach at Ghadira Bay — among all the ones we visited, it turned out to be the most beautiful for families with children. The hosts are very responsive on WhatsApp. The only thing that initially worried me was the €250 deposit, which had to be paid through an external portal outside of Booking. However, after checking with customer support, they confirmed the site was reliable. The deposit was refunded the day after our departure. I also understand the reason for the deposit — the house is clearly a step above all the accommodations we’ve stayed in so far in terms of furnishings.
