The Willows Penthouses with Jacuzzi

Good location, only a ten minute walk in to the centre of Victoria. The hot tub and balcony were fantastic

The bed was very uncomfortable, definitely needs a new mattress.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The terrace is spacious, and the view from the hot tub is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped for preparing a simple meal, though some items (such as the frying pan and knife) could benefit from an update.

It would be great to have an additional set of towels, since one needs to shower before using the hot tub, then wrap themselves into a towel after getting out of the tub, and then shower again to wash off the chlorine. With just one towel, the towels quickly become soaked. Providing an extra towel per person would be a simple improvement that would significantly enhance comfort.

Location was great: close enough to walk to town, easy to reach by car and park. Kitchen/living space and balcony were perfect for our needs and to relax.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable overall.

My only suggestions would be to consider adding a fan in the bedroom for better air circulation, and to replace the mattress and pillows, as they were quite uncomfortable for us.
