2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Valletta

The apartment is in the heart of the center. The kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials. The towels and bed linen were clean. The host was friendly and accommodated us with our early check in.

The only unpleasant thing about the apartment was that due to its age there were many cockroaches everywhere.

Accommodation in a historic house with a typical balcony for Valletta about 2 minutes from the city center. Clean, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Comunication with landlord is very good. Towels on apartman. The back (larger) bedroom is quiet, the smaller bedroom is located on the busier part of the road. If you would like to spend a few days in a typical apartment for Valletta with a beautiful balcony , near the city center this is your place. Price is good for this apartmant.

Good location, cheap, but we found the sheets too dirty (we had to remove them), the water was of too bad quality and led to our eyes hurting too much (we had to wash with a contact lense liquid instead), there was a little mold building up, we found a blow dryer which was not described on the room services (if we knew firsthand, we wouldn't have to buy one). Not suggested, will book a hotel next time.

The city location was within easy walking distance of all places of interest within the walled city including bus terminus and ferries to Sliema, the 3 cities and express ferry to Gozo (45 minutes travel time). Both bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Good clothes storage. Convenience food store a few minutes walk. Own ground floor entrance to self contained accommodation on 1st floor of a characterful town house. 2 sunny enclosed balconies. There is a secure luggage store at Santa Lucia St nearby, which was really useful on our last day, as our flight was 9 hours after check out time.

Some street noise, but aircon provided a good nights sleep when set to "sleep mode". Kitchen would be more convenient for food preparation if an additional worktop was provided. A small saucepan for milk and boiling eggs and a small omelette pan would be a useful addition to kitchen utensils.
