Camera spaziosa e confortevole, ampia cucina da poter utilizzare, pulizia eccezionale.

Se con la camera fosse inclusa la prima colazione sarebbe perfetto! Tuttavia avendo l’uso della cucina è possibile acquistare quello che si preferisce e organizzarsi in autonomia.

Posizione comoda, ideale per muoversi facilmente. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Pulizia non soddisfacente. Il bagno è condiviso tra cinque stanze, il che può creare disagi. Le porte sono vecchie e rumorose e la finestra della camera, molto vicina a quella del bagno, non garantisce privacy.

Die Lage der Unterkunft an der Balluta Bay ist wirklich sehr gut, viele Busse fahren von hier ab und man ist auch sehr schnell am Wasser. Anastasya ist eine wirklich sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war für alle Probleme schnell erreichbar und hat sich oft erkundigt, ob alles okay ist oder ob ich etwas brauche

Das einzige, was an der Unterkunft bisschen schade ist, ist, dass sie doch relativ hellhörig ist. Ich habe sie Erfahrung gemacht, dass es sehr auf die anderen Gäste ankommt, wie sehr dies stört. Es werden nach meinem Wissen 4 Doppelzimmer vermietet. Wenn diese doppelt belegt sind, teilen sich somit 8 Personen ein Bad, was zu den Stoßzeiten schon zu ziemlich hohen Wartezeiten geführt hat

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room and terrace was very nice, couldn’t fault it. The location was excellent, close to everything! Instructions on getting the keys to the place were clear and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
