Very Difficult internet connection, steep stairs, very basic

Great location, fully equipped,generally helpfull staff

Not very clean. We were 3 persons,arrived at 1a.m and the sofa bed was not prepared.when we opened it, we found body hair on the sheets...maybe from the floor.. we do not know.... we tried to call the 24/7 line ,receiving a not professional response at all...As we had no clean sheets we put all the towels on the sofa in order for the third person to sleep. There is a strong smell of mud.....something that did not surprise us as it is actually a very old renovated building. Not at all like the photos.it is tired and dirty. It could be much cleaner There is not ventilation system at the bathroom.

The location was amazing, also the Informations and contact to Anton.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillow had stains. There is mold in the bathroom
