Location and price.

I didnt expect much since it is cheap, but beds are horrible. They are unconfortable and creak on every move. New beds are not expensive investment but and would improve the appartment alot.

It just didn’t live up to the expectations of photos . The shower had very low pressure . Fans where not adequate for the heat .

A super centrally located base to visit the Capital City of Malta. Although a very short stay, the bedding was super comfy, the apartment was impeccably clean including the bathroom. We found a local traditional complimentary treat on arrival called a Date Ring. Little but nice gesture and a must try.

The chairs and sofa are demolated. It smels like in the cave. No sunlight. Beds are uncomforable. Toilets and shower are in bad condition.

The furniture was well worn and stained, had to fix the bathroom sink, no shower head holder, big dead bugs, had to tighten toilet seat, washer was not plugged in (and finding/fixing was not easy), it was like staying in a cave , damp and musty. Endured the stay but was not comfortable.

The only good thing of the apartment was the fact that you were in the city center.

We paid 200+ for thiiis. It was not clean(bathroom,cockroach in one room, floor, bed sheets, the chairs and the couch with stamps). Before we arrive we ask if there are any heaters in the apartment and they answered that there are portable heaters in the rooms. We arrived at the evening and found nothing about heating the rooms only fans for cooling. I requested for two heaters , they said yes we have one after a phone call and they gave us one heater(not functional)for two rooms apartment. On the other hand the first night we did not showerd because the boiler was not functional but after I requested it they change it.
