Great location and very spacious. Kitchen well equipped.

No mirror in upstairs bathroom. Some safety rails on stairs quite wobbly.

Needs a lot of maintenance done. Beds were hard. Stairs to living and 3 bedrooms,another flight of stairs to4th bedroom. Only3 seater lounge and 1 extra chair.

L'alloggio era trasandato e sporco, le porte delle camere avevano le maniglie rotte, in una camera il condizionatore era guasto, alcune prese di corrente erano spaccate, i letti non avevano nemmeno un coprimaterasso, cuscini ingialliti e senza sotto federa, la lavatrice era inutilizzabile a causa della manopola di apertura rotta, dulcis in in fundo, piccole blatte sui pensili della cucina.

The location of the property was good because we had shops opened until 1.00 A.M. in the area.

On the day of our arrival we had the check-in at 15.00, but the cleaning ladies didn't let us in until 16.30, almost 17.We only encountered broken things in the accommodation. The sink in the downstairs bathroom was clogged,even though I notified the owners of this defect on the first day, no one came to fix it. Every wall in the house was extremely dirty, a doorknob wasn’t functioning, the entrance door got stuck very often and it was difficult for us to enter or close it.We even found a cockroach in a kitchen drawer.

The location is great, so this was the most pleasant part.

The house needs a very deep clean. there is mold in some rooms, the smell of humidity and mold strikes just as we open the main entrance. Also, there are some kitchen bugs. during the night time, there were all over the kitchen. In the morning we sanitized the table and all the plates before eating.

Perfect location. Near shops, ferries and rentals. Good working kitchen and airco's.
