La ubicacion, el retraso en contestar a los mensajes, la lavadora y la secadora. Le pedimos dejar las maletas hasta las 13:30 y no hubo ningun problema.

Faltaban toallas, sabanas, el sofa para dormir era muy incomodo, uno de los mandos de la tele no funcionaba, ...
