One Bay Residence Apartment 6

Great location and accomodation in Pereybere. We had a wonderful stay with great facilities and responsive hosts. One of the best properties to stay at in the Pereybere region and close to the beach.

The apartment was probably the best one we rented so far during our travels in different destinations. The staff was really helpful. Especially the owner was really nice by allowing us to stay in another apartment after check-out until we left for the airport. This was very important for us as a family with 2 small children.

There is really nothing we didn't like during our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and the extra of your own dip pool made it. The owner was very helpful and always a call away if we needed them. Would not hesitate to go back.

Very close to pereybere and there is a winners close, plus the jacuzzi and the dipping pool was great. All the aminities were great. Plenty of space in the whole apartment.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience during my our recent stay at this apartment due to issues with the customer service and management. Upon check-in, I was assisted by a maid who accepted the whole payment in cash without providing a professional receipt with a VAT registration number. The management company who manages this property, 'iSea Property Management', upon checks is unregistered and employs this unconventional practice of having the maid sign the necessary paperwork, which is very concerning. One major drawback of the apartment was the construction site right next door, which caused consistent and disruptive noise from early morning onwards. Additionally, the apartment's location was not pedestrian-friendly, making it necessary to have a rental car for accessibility. While the apartment featured an outdoor jacuzzi, , I regret to say that it was impractical to use. Being tall individuals, my companion and I found it impossible to enter the jacuzzi without climbing on unsafe and rusty stools outside. Furthermore, the water temperature was extremely cold as there was no heated functions. There's a shared pool outside with outdated furnitures not as the photos. Privacy was also compromised during our stay. An unidentified individual frequently traversed the stairs behind our apartment, conducting unscheduled checks at any given time of the day, without prior notification. Unfortunately, our experience with the same management company extended to another apartment rental Soleia 2 Apartment 9, which we booked next door for our second week stay. The apartment did not align with its advertised description, situated on a noisy road on the second floor and lacking the promised private pool and garden. When we expressed our disappointment and notified booking.com, the management Mr Ishaq expressed his anger for us contacting booking.

It’s a nice clean Appartment at a nice location. The owner was quite understanding with allowing me a late check out.
